River Oaks Hot Springs & Spa plays host to an array of hot air balloons. Friday night is an exclusive "glow-flow dinner and balloon glow. Just before dusk, the hot air balloons are securely tethered and inflated, at the direction of the celebrity Balloonmeister, burners are ignited and the evening sky fills with a kaleidoscope of brilliant, luminous colors that is truly magic. Includes dinner and wine tasting. Open to the public Saturday will include rides, and event vendors, youth activities food ,sports live concert & wine tasting.
